SHIPPING

All orders are printed and framed on demand. In most cases, the production of ordered items occurs within 7-10 business days of the order being placed. Larger framed pieces may take up to 3 weeks.

For international orders, please contact hi@madarisphotography.com with your desired print, size, and shipping destination and we will send over an estimated shipping cost.

RETURN POLICY

At our company, we take pride in the fact that all of our products are made to order, meaning that they are specifically manufactured for each individual customer after an order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders. Additionally, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the time they are placed. If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

On rare occasions, it is possible that one or more products in an order may be damaged while in transit. If this occurs and you receive a damaged product, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage, including images of the packaging, to hi@madarisphotography.com.

If the damage to the product(s) is significant, we may choose to repair or replace the damaged item(s) following a review of the photos you have submitted. If you would like to request a review of damaged product(s), please keep in mind the following guidelines:

The photos of the damaged areas of the product(s) must be clear and submitted in .jpeg or .png format.

The photos of the damage must be received within 72 hours of the indicated delivery date of the order.

The photos of the damage must be taken immediately after the product(s) is received, and the product(s) must not have been used or installed before the photos are taken.

If a replacement product is necessary, it will be subject to our current manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability, and shipping times.

Made to order with precision, each piece is framed using premium hardwood frames in your choice of Black, White, or Natural. Handmade with clear acrylic protective glazing, these frames come ready to hang with pre-installed hanging hardware.

The framed prints are dry mounted and include a 4ply white single mat. Unframed prints come with a small white border for handling. Every piece is printed using artist-grade, acid-free 308 GSM Hahnemuhle Photo Rag paper and archival inks, ensuring the colors will remain vibrant and true over time.

Each Museum-Quality Fine Art Print is an open edition, meaning that there is no limit to the number of prints that can be produced.

Each print and frame ships within 2 weeks.

In addition to our standard size options below, we offer custom sizing upon request. If you have a specific wall dimension, we would be happy to suggest an appropriate size for you. For custom sizing or further assistance, please contact us.
